Vault & Cellar is a New Appalachian restaurant and bourbon bar, that balances the elegance and sophistication of a fine-dining experience, while retaining the whimsy and approachability of a food truck. The menu changes frequently, with such seasonal items as duck, rabbit, and quail, but with a more modern take on them.

Kari grew up in Front Royal, Virginia, just a 10 minute drive from the Vault & Cellar. After cooking at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants in Washington DC, and under a James Beard award winning chef in New Orleans, she returned back to her hometown to start a family. After joining a well known local restaurant before COVID-19, she managed to help them not only survive, but thrive through a pandemic. Now, her and her team have crafted an experience not often seen in the Shenandoah Valley.
